Default timing belt q

ok so i installed my cams and when i put the belt on i loosened the tensioner so i could slip the belt on the cams. is there a way i could tighten the tensioner back up without taking off the crank pulley?

You don't need to do anything with the crank pulley to tighten the tensioner. Are you trying to set the tension on the timing belt?

Turn it at least 3 teeth past TDC with tensioner slightly tightened, then tighten tensioner down
