If you gotta be a perp....do it well! Rota content warning!
Had these wheels last year but moved to Kosei's (Jlines in the fall...yeehoo!)on my own car. Designed the stickers over the winter though, as I had planned to redo the wheels in this manner. Ended up selling the wheels and stickers to a friend of mine though and he just finished them as directed.
From 10 feet they SO look like volks...lol. Lugnuts are Work.
Stickers say "Weak as hell" "Rota knockoffs"
Hey, some people don't have big money to run baller wheels. If you gotta do it, you gotta make it interesting right?

i see plenty of so called enthusiast spending 4-500 on a set of brand new rotas when for the same price they could have easily found a set of used kosei, buddy club wheels, or for a little bit more a set of used rpf1's, te37, etc.
Hell i've seen plenty of bbs rm's sell for under 800 bucks, that after some elbow grease could easily re sell for twice that price.
i think people have no patience when building a car, they want a certain look and they want it now. Then when its all said and done they wonder why their civic on slips and cut springs doesn't get as much respect as someone with spoon wheels and a true coilover set up.
I agree though, building on a budget is very possible, it generally comes down to drive and core desire. The owner of those wheels now gets 3rd degree burns on his legs the moment money hits his pocket...yeah, it burns a hole quick.
