ok guys saw a buddy who painted his looked good for now but there was no motor in just wondering best way to do this i know use a gun but broke so cheap way to clean it up but guide me threw it maybe sshow some pics whats the best paint to use should i get heated paint help me plz

 

hey man i just did mine on my 90 ef hatch... my friend used spray on bedliner. it looked really good so i tryed it. i really like it on my hatch. looks good and its scape resistant. i would say to try it. u will like it

 

I've seen both the rubberized bedliner-like stuff as well as standard Krylon used. The krylon isn't really that much different than the stock paint goes as far as temperature resistance is concerned. Make sure you prep very well so there aren't any contaminants getting trapped under the paint.

 

I painted my entire car with spraypaint and it came out amazing, as long as you know what your doing, take your time and do the PREP WORK CORRECTLY, it will look just as good as any other paintjob.
