H22A Lude Question..??

Default H22A Lude Question..??

What year and model prelude would be an ideal swap for a 94 H22a / The motor is ODB1, And I attempted to put in a rex, What a pain in the ***, Any advice would be cool, trying to figure out how many option I actually have. Thanks

92-95, looks the best and is direct bolt -in

yup, 92-96. the Si model is a good candidate because of good averall performance package and, plus you can get them for a decent price. the S model is also desparately in need of more power, and it's also lighter than Si and VTEC models. but either on is fine.

I'd say later 94-95, since some may come with the VTEC wires already wired in. My 95 Si did...made my H22a4 swap that much easier.

what size motor did the s come with, and what would be the easiest and accord or an 93-94 si civic, the civic idea was just thrown at me and Im all for an accord, nicer car, newer, but the likley ness of finding a gutted one round here(Tampa) is rare.

i think 90+ and its bolt-in swap, not sure though, you might want to post in accord section.

LOL! Well, in that case, 90-93 would be ideal. I don't know the exact specs, but I believe the 4G's are lighter than the 5G's. The only thing is that you have to use the Accord axles. Other than that, it's a bolt in process as well.
