FS: H23A1 Part-out
I've got a H23A1 from a 93 Prelude from a member on VPC, I was going to do a project on but lost interest on doing it, so I am selling it. Hopefully, someone wants to do a H23 Vtec 
Needs a rebuild and parts for it, such as transmission, belt tensioner and small bits and pieces.
Block VIN: 1701076
Mileage on the engine is UNKNOWN to me.
