Default Question about Ground Control Coilovers

I just bought a set of Ground Control Coilovers and also so shocks. I was going to install them but before I did I wanted to know if I should replace all my OEM parts with new ones since I have a 94 hatch and my parts are old and havent been changed in long time. I would get new nuts, bolts, OEM top hat and all that jank. Would that be the best decision?

Inspect and replace bushings as needed.

Reuse OEM top hats, unless the inner bushing is bad.

Nut, bolts, and other such fasteners should all be fine, unless they have seized up.
