I went to autozone to get an axle but all the axles where to short...
As far as the inner and outer splines go that was fine, but length
too short. Know when a make a left turn it makes a noise..

So I pulled it to make the fu............ fit I whas pissed I did. I had too daily driver. And the dudes at autozone dont know sh...........

what is the exact length of the axle for the si 91? (the one i had i thinks is the wrong one because it was pulled also)

The inner spline is 25 and the outer spline is 26 correct?

 

inner - 25 splines
outer - 26 splines
length with CV joints compressed - 23.75"

 

Where did you get that length from?????
I went to the napa website and it provided me the length of 35 9/16
An if you go to the Am autparts store online the length they say its 36.25

I just thought that 23.75 seems to me impossible if you have to stretch it out 10-12 Inches.... Correct me if i am wrong or am I missing something???
