Default Suspension Upgrade

He I'm looking to buy some aftermarket shocks, spring and engine strut bar.

I'm gonna buy each one individually.
I dont have aftermarket coilovers so my car is still at the stock height.
Is it possible to buy aftermarket Spring and shocks and still have the same ride height?

Any suggestions on which ones to get?

Thanks

Maybe you can buy some H&R OE springs? They only lower the car about 0.75" front/0.5" rear I believe. Very stock looking. Personally I don't have them yet but I am looking to buy some.

That would most likely cost more than just getting H&R OE Sport springs and shocks like Koni's new entry level STR.T shocks.

BTW Integras do not have struts. I think you meant ITR shock, spring, and LCA combo (ITR rear shocks require different rear lower control arms).

First, nice sn. lol. Anyways, yes I think the ITR setup would be nicer but also more pricier. With the H&R OE you can technically use the oem shocks. I am not sure which setup would be stiffer (maybe the ITR)? I mainly want a slightly stiffer ride but also retain the stock look.

To the OP, you should be able to find the ITR setup used. I see the parts pop up here and there.

oh whoops...yeah i meant springs. shocks...(well dampeners), springs, LCA combo.

The ride will be tighter...and if you pair it with the ITR sway bars, you get a nice little set up on the cheap.

I have no experience with aftermarket springs on stock dampeners on integras.

Price wise, I think you can get them for about $2~300 for the whole setup. I got mine from a local parts guy for $100 Canadian. (yes 4 dampener+springs & rear LCAs) You can negotiate b/c they get that stuff from Japan on the cheap.

maybe check out for sale here and Team Integra
