There is a guy selling a Type-r drag stage 3 off of his LS. He said it fit his ls perfectly... if this true??

 

AJ, yes it will fit with no problems. Both throttle bodies sit in the same position and the block height are both the same.

 

hmm... if he bought a type R turbo kit, that probably means you are the 3rd owner of the kit. you never know how the first owner treated his ride / turbo. hell, you could be the 4th or 5th owner of that kit. think about that.

 

or perhaps he ordered a type r kit for his ls because the type r kit uses a better turbo?

 

Keep in mind the kit for the LS comes with a T3/T04b... not e.
