Icon2 K20A3 Turbo Checklist

Could you perhaps add what I'm missing?

1. Greddy Turbo snail (internal wg, not sure what size.)
2. Greddy turbo manifold
3. Greddy downpipe
4. 2 Oil lines
5. FMIC/ Pipping & BOV
6. 440cc injectors w/ clips
7. e-manage ecu mangament
8. Boost gauge/Oil pressure/Water temp
9. Skunk2 stage 1 turbo cams
WHAT I STILL NEED TO GET:
1. Vaccuum lines- (Two? what sizes?)
2. Block/turbo fittings (not sure what or where?)
3. Three inch Catalytic converter (keep it carb legal)
4. 2.75 Cat-back exhuast (thinking Greddy)
5. Stage 3 sprung clutch & flywheel (Clutchmasters or ACT)
6. Oil catch can tank (ebayDM)
7. Walbro 255lph fuel pump
THATS ALL I CAN THINK OF, HELP ME OUT DUDES.
MY GOAL IS ANYTHING BETWEEN 250-300WHP @ 10 PSi.
THANKS!

Oil Filter sandwich adapter, going to have to tap your oil pan or buy one pre-tapped, downpipe, and those 440cc injectors probably aren't going to cut it...just my two cents.

Your going to want to ditch that emanage and get kpro. 440cc injectors might be good for around 240hp max. Your going to want to upgrade to atleast 650cc injectors if you planning on going any higher. You will also want to look into get fast turbo oil lines if the oil lines that are included with what you bought are the stock greddy lines because they catch fire easily. I really don't think turbo cams are necessary for the greddy turbo. It will spool fast enough with the stock cams. I will also recommend the use of an oil sandwich for your feed just because it makes life easier. A 3" exhaust will also be beneficial as well as a 3" downpipe (natedog dp) and 3" testpipe (Unforgettable tp). You will also want to get some heat wrap and wrap the powersteering line really well because they have been known to catch fire. If you get kpro you can get the hondata boost solenoid so you can use boost by gear and boost control.

8. Colder spark plugs

I'm also selling a Golden Eagle oil sandwich adaptor (would be perfect for your oil feed line) so check the FS thread

Everything both of these guys said is true for your HP goals. Those greddy lines are in fact infamous for igniting, and the heat wrap is definately a good idea that I was unaware of myself.

lol at this being carb leagle......any change of the injectors = fail.
I do not think greddy ever got their carb number for the kit and I know they did not get a carb number for the kit with a intercooler.

Concept definitely stated some good things. I would also not suggest upgrading your fuel pump. You will not need it. The duty cycle on the 440cc injectors will definitely be maxed out well below your wanted 10psi.

Get K-Pro & bigger injectors. You can always scale the injectors cycle down, so in this instance, bigger is better. So by going this route, sell the 440ccs,You don't need the Boost, oil pressure & water temp gauges. Definitely sell the E-manage & skunk2 stage 1 turbo cams.
You don't need the upgraded Walbro fuel pump and Oil catch can. That should save you your money. If I was planning on keeping my kit for longer, I would get the turbo and downpipe swaintech coated.

But definitely upgrade the lines and wrap everything nice and snug. GL and i'm sure there are plenty of members here to help answer your questions in the future.
