Before someone says you cant use it on att and t-mobile, you better look around, cause you can and i have been for the past 2 months since i bought it new.
i still have the download that lets you use it for att, you can find the t-mobile one on crackberry.com for 10 bucks through someone who re-wrote the service books.

comes with everything that it came with in the box (usb cable, power wall cable, both cd's, one for BB and one for the rapsody and booklets and ear phones)

if using without att or t-mobile, the rapsody music feature wiill not work, its only a verizon function.

also will come with car charger and pink silicone case.

phone came out of box and into a silicone case since new, no scratches or anything. still has original heavy duty protective screen cover, so the screen has no scratches, it might look it but it doesnt. back has no scratches and rear door isnt broken.

$400 shipped and if your local ill set it up for ya with att, verizon should sense it and go, but ill help set it up.
