pullin harness help

pullin harness help

i am pulling the harness from my d15b2 to convert it to mpfi, and i am haveing trouble pulling it through the intake mani. does anyone have tips for pulling it through?
and help appreciated

disconnect the wires on the dpim amd push them down underneith it, then pull is out the right right

what are the two connectors underneath the intake mani? those are the ones i am stuck on
