They really don't weigh that much, roughly around 22**...

It wont effect the power output it will effect your power to weight ratio, But let me tell you from my experiance (I have had both a B16 and B18) and the B16 is quite enough power for some fun. But the B18C is really nice.

Well I wouldnt say that the 4 door are light, I would save a HB or CRX is light the 4 doors need some extra power to help them out. Definately go with a B18C if you are looking to go any type of quick and I say quick because fast isnt happening without a turbo or something. I know I have had a B16, B16 turbo, B16 half *** built turbo, B18C, and now B18C kinda built AllMotor. If you have any questions let me know I have taken this thing apart more times then I can count. Now I just want to have a good DD that is easy to get in and out and drives smooth, so its time to sell her.
You can check out my site and see some pics and installs and stuff if you want.

having a b16 in a sedan isnt going to effect it as much as having more than 2 people in the car.

power to weight dude.

thanks man ill let you know if i have any questions. from what everyones saying its not that big of a difference. the owner said its a jdm b16 so im thinking the high comp will help out and i rarely have more than two people in it. and like someone said itll be a good daily driver as wel l as a quick car so i get the best of both worlds.

i think im gonna go ahead and get it. the only mods to it are a short ram and thats it so imma need some suspension work and i think i might just rattle can it flat black (its still got faded stock paint lol) ill spend the weekend doing a full tune up and all that and then go with some cheap rims (its on stock blacks lol again)

let me know if anyone has any more tips or ideas everyones been really helpful -thanks

So are you buying just the motor or the whole car? Just curious being that I am looking to sell my 91 LX sedan?

$1,100 is a good deal, but make sure you do a compression test to see if the motor is healthy before buying, just my .02 cents.

Yea thats an ok deal. But what I am selling is a whole lot more. Take a look. It is selling for a bit more though but you are getting a much better and well kept car. Along with the ability to see every part in the car and to know that it runs great.
1991 Honda Civic Four Door
94 Acura Integra GSR motor
LSD GSR cable trans
Rebuilt with USDM Type R Pistons
Skunk 2 Pro 1 Cams
Energy Suspension Bushings kit
Tons of goodies

Oh yea and another thing the car still averages 26 to 29 MPG, I drive it back and forth to work every day.

$4000, I have had some idiot offer 2K but that is just stupid. The motor alone from HMO is worth over 4K, Not to mention the parts on the car. **** the header alone is 1K, the quaife lsd is 800 so with install would be about 1K, and all the brake upgrades would come out to about 1K. The car is definately a steal for anyone to buy thats for sure. It is kept in a garage and I keep my cars well. I have pics of the pistons, valves, valve springs, cams, clutch, flywheel, and dyno to go along with it. So you would know exactually what you would be getting and it can all be verified. I DD the car now and like I said it gets between 26 and 29 MPG on a weekly basis. The only reason I am looking to sell the car or trade it is to get a more confortable DD that the woman can drive and I wont have to care about haha (yea right). I would really like a 4 door DA bone stock if anyone is reading this. People ask why I dont part it out being I could probably get more money that way but after building a car for about 8 years I dont think that I could dismantle it and sell it off piece by piece.
