Default help trying to get my 1320 down

Ok so I have a 92 civic hatch. It has an ls vtec turbo. The turbo kit is a peakboost kit with a gt3076r turbo. On the street the car feels amazing. I am tuned on .5 bar so like 7 pounds of boost. I have an ls tranny with no lsd in it. So I went to the track on saturday night. And I was running skinies in the rear and lensos in the front with 25x8.7x13 m&h slicks. I was launching at 8k rpm and the best time I could pull off was a 13.1@106mph. I wasn't even going into 4th gear. I would end the 1/4 at the top of 3rd. Are my slicks to big? Do I need a different tranny? Any advice?

25inch slick with an ls tranny makes for some SUPER long gears. what where your 60's? do you have a time slip?
