i just swapped a bone stock ls in my civic im boostin it useing a top mount manifold and a xs power turbo 60 trim t4 and i only hit one pound of boost now im wondering if the turbo is to big or if i have a boost leak

You most likely have a boost leak or the turbo is shot. Its definitely spool able so you can eliminate that.

You can never have to big of a *****, I mean turbo. Just kidding, all jokes aside it sounds like you have a boost leak some where. Hook up a boost leak detector and go from there, and **** Chung tonight.
