Default Tried to Backpurge

Took a stab at backpurging some scrap pie cuts today. I'll have to make something more usable for the future....but here are some pics. It shows a good difference between backpurging and not backpurging for anyone that hasn't seen.

Gas was set anywhere from 12-20 cfh

the flow of argon was not even. use masking tape or alum foil to tape the top. then poke about 5 or 6 holes with your filler wire in it.

i use a 3/8" copper tube with drilled holes for tube welding... great for packpurging bends and ****...
