Default ls/vtec build

getting ready to start and ls/vtec build just looking for some input on the setup im looking to run.

gsr head
crower stage 2 cams

crower stage 2 cams
crower dual spring
crower stock diameter valves
crower retainer

b18a1 bottom end
not to sure on
what would be a good piston to run no spray will be used

going to go with an itr manifold with a 70mm throttle body
and rmf header

get some OS p30's from honda and some ARP rod bolts, that should put you near 12-1 compression which is good for pump gas

Rod Bolts are the weakest link. I got my LS Rods shotpeened then the bore for rod bolts bored bigger for ARP Rod Bolts.

P30 Pistons are what I used and will give you a good performance gain plus they fit onto LS rods without modifications.

thank you so some eagle h-beams with arp bolts will be plenty thanks alot
