Default crx rear lower tie bar

Is anyone using one of these? someone told me that because I have a Tanabe rear swaybar, I need one to reinforce my subframe, or it'll tear, eventually I bought an ebay one but it's too big and hits the sway bar.
anyone know of one that will clear the swaybar?
Thanks.

the ed/ef chassis doest suffer the same problem as the eg/dc's because the bar is not attached to the subframe so they do not suffer tearout problems

No, it is only for looks. It will do nothing for performance.

The rear lower tie bar will tighten up the rear a little. I noticed a difference when I put it on, and it was an ebay bar. Don't expect nearly as much improvement as the sway bar but it does make a difference.

it's highly doubtful that you noticed anything...if you must have one, then just get a DC...
