Default help. something wrong with wheel/axel

When ever the wheels turned (even slightly) to the left, i get loud scraping sounds from the front, drivers side, area of the axel. it only happens when im driving at lower speeds (under 40). it handles smooth and everything its just a really annoying sound. it makes my car sound like a p.o.s. Its hard to explain the sound, but i guess its kinda like sticking a card into a bike wheel just 10 times louder. I jacked it up and looked underneath but i dont see anything that could be causing it. I have been told it could be my wheel bearings or my bushings. Im not a mechanic... i can change my oil, and rotate my tires.. thats about it. its a 06 si. about 40k on it. any ideas on what it could be, and how much or what i need to do to fix it.?

im still driving it. hopefully my wheel doesnt fall off... that would suck.

You made sure it was'nt the brake dust cover I assume , but a clicking noise is generally a sign of a bad cv axle, a rebuilt is about $150 for the part, if you have the extended warranty .. just take it to honda if you are not able to do it yourself, it's not a very tough job, but if you dont have the know how, I'd recomend having a shop do it.

your lug nuts might be loose.
my car did the same when they were loose.
this happens when people dont use the hub centric tool.
the lug nuts dont push down evenly on the rim, causing the rim to move until its on even pressure. but this is only on aftermarket wheels with tapered lug nuts. if not, then its something else.

i kinda have the same issue except its when i turn right and its loud screeching. i think it might be the wheel alignment.
