Surging or stumbling when stopped. Tranny? motor mount? or what

91 accord when stopped at a light the car feel like the engine is stumbling or pulling forward. Rpms stay steady, and the feeling decreases when in netural or park but is still there? searched but still no idea, car ia an auto with 232k mi.

Might wanna check the engine mounts. Specialy the front dogbone style mount.
