hey im planning to get one. i know some people think they are stupid but, i wanted to know before purchasing one, how do you install it?

If you're using them for track use, it's not "wack". They can almost eliminate blind spots.

 

i've got one in the datsun 510 and it makes seeing out the back with the full cage so much easier.

also, when i'm strapped into a bucket seat with the harness sinched down, having this mirror is a godsend since your torso is limited in movement.

but the real reason i got it; the things looks rad.

i guess they're wack because they actually serve a purpose of seeing whats going on around you instead of being 'JDM' cool

I dont know about the visibility of other cars, but this thing would be ****n pointless in my prelude. the stock mirror is more than ample to see out the rear windshield

When not on the track the cars with these mirrors are cop spotters.

 

so you cant run visors when you have this?
