Is there a relay or something else that could kill all the power to a 99 accord except the headlights and taillights and dome lights are the only things getting power. no dash lights no power to the switch not even the header or radio will work?

 

theres the main relay underneath the driver side dash area, not sure what will still work if it is the culprit.
