Internal coil to External Coil on JDM h22

Internal coil to External Coil on JDM h22
I've got the h22 swap in my 90 accord and I suspect that my coil is going bad. I've got a bad miss at idle and the car is sluggish, very sluggish. The cap, rotor, plugs, wires, battery and alternator are all new. As far as fuel system goes, the fuel filter and pump are new and just put in.
1. Is there a way to replace the internal coil?
2. If so, where can I find one?
3. How can I convert it to the External coil like the american H22?
