rear mudflaps for a hatch?

i got a set of rear mudflaps off an older crx, but they dont fit perfectly. is there another car that has them that would fit right, or should i just cut them so they fit like i was going to.

remember that 88-89 and 90-91 are different.

Sedan flaps will work on a hatch, but the curve of the flap is slightly different. For best results, just get the proper flaps for your car's year/model
