Default D15b7 head on D16A7 block...

I purchased a 95 D15b7 head for a cheap price and I have installed it on the stock D16A7 block Si rex I recently bought that was not running but I'm not sure if the current dizzy from D16A7 is what I should be using?

I'm getting spark & fuel and the car will start up for a few seconds to 45 seconds but idles pretty rough then dies. So I'm not sure if the dizzy is bad (or some of the internals) or it's not the correct one.

Can someone let me know which dizzy I should get?

Thanks
JG

It's still OBD-0 and it's not throwing any codes that I could see.

Thanks for your response.
