Default running my car

well i just got my car back from a re-built. And im just wondering what i might run. I havnt run the car before and alittle worried to since im always afraid something might brake.

Anyways its a 2000 SI, with

b16 head, b18c1 sleeved bottom end with cp piston, eagle rods arp head studs and a t3/t67HO turbo with 15psi and a 8.5redline. Theres more done to the motor thats just the important things. It hit 400whp on the dyno, im thinking maybe 12ish?? im running 205/40/16 so i no traction will be a huge problem.

what do u guys think it would run??

Since you didn't do your homework before the build, probably a 14.8@115+mph.

We have no idea, go run it and then come tell us what you ran.

you should hit high 11s all day. Do you have traction bars and are you doing boost by gear? If you answer no to each of the questions and knowing that you dont have slicks or drag radials then you'll be around high 12s low 13s.

Your friend was also use to the power the car was making. Reaction time is something you have to take into consideration as well.

considered bench racing. go run it and find out.

and reaction time has NOTHING to do with et. you can sit there for 3 days as long as you dont break the beams your time will not start.

No. Reaction time has nothing to do with what the car will run in the 1/4... fyi.

You can sit at the line with a green light bouncing off the 2 step for 10 minutes and still blast a 9 sec pass theoretically...
