so i was in stockton today...

i went to this liquor store on El Dorado (next to the skatepark) and saw one of my high school friends grabbing some drinks as i was paying for my stuff. i didn't say anything because i didn't think she'd recognize me. as i left i saw her little sister (underaged) in her car waiting......normal day so far.

the next week, i saw her sister and her sister told me, the day her older sister walked in to the liquor store, she took almost thirty minutes in the store! when she realized how long it was taking, she went inside to see what's going on. she couldn't find her sister (pretty small and crowded liquor store) and then asked the cashier if he knew where she was and all he did was shrug his shoulders...? she said by that time he was sweatin bullets so she started running out the door and called the cops using the phone at the asian supermarket next door.

when the cops came by the store, they asked the guy if they could check out the store and they did....they found nothing......until they checked behind the drink coolers and found her! she was stripped naked, gagged, tied to friggen chair and was dripping wet from head to toe and smelt like, what seemed to be, saliva! she wasn't physically injured or anything but man...

i was so mad at this point because she was always nice to everyone and never hurt a fly. i figure she was going to tell me that he was arrested and what not but i couldn't believe what she ended up telling me.

this has been the third time this guy has done this. the cops knew he was crazy but because he didn't injure her, no charges were made against the guy....i told her sister to let her know she could bring this to court because i don't think this was cool.

court date was today, keep an eye out for updates....

 

So I can tie up girls in stockton and as long as I don't hurt them... It will be ok?

that park and shopping center is filled with druggies and drunks. didn't think somthing this crazy can happen

 

they opened up the court office doors at 8 o clock this morning and they dismissed the case? i'll keep you guys updated....

How the heck can you not charge anybody who strip you naked inside a store and tied you up? Are you kidding me?

 

that's what i'm saying.....i'm not understanding why the case was dismissed this morning....we have to wait until all the hearings are through with in order to ask the judge what's going on....

 

Are you the judge's clerk or bailiff? if you are not... I doubt you can get anywhere near him to ask

 

Did she hired a lawyer? The store have to have video tape evidence. I know all stores have video camera nowdays. Is this guy the owner of the store or just a worker?
Were this reported to the Police?

another reason stockton is stupid. my fend got in a accident. instead of PD coming to take a report they send out a gang unit and come start threatening us saying we were throwing up gang signs and what not. askign if we had guns. just cause we're asians. we were the victims of the accident btw but we still got hassled liek we caused it. the other guy was clearly drunk and even had a warrant. this city is fxckin stupid.
