Head to match bottom end??

Head to match bottom end??
I was wondering as far as head work is concerned what would you possible have to have done to a head(as far as valves,springs,retainers,cams,3 angle valve job) if your run high compression (13.1 compression )pistons....for example ls built bottom end and a b16 head?? Any help is appreciated
