Im working on a surge tank for my set-up and Im trying to figure out the best way to set one up. I basically have a spot that I have two ideas for. Im not sure which one will work better.

Im trying to find a way that will allow the smoothest transition of fuel, without static build-up and the least amount of pressure possible to return the fuel to the tank. Basically Im just trying to make one that works right.
