You should just need one of them.

Post a pic and we'll let you know for sure.

You just need to losen both of them and spin them down(make sure to spin one at a time). The hard part is to get them lose and to adjust the ride height haha. I always hated adjusting my ride height.

GC sleeves w/ locking perch > any sleeve with 2 perches jammed together. That design is junk IMHO.

hmm well i installed my new coilover sleeves today and i'm very disappointed. haha. i just used 1 ring.

im using megan coilover sleeves and tokico illuminas. i know megan racing isnt the best, but i read that they're actually ok. i took the bumpstops off all the shocks cus i thought it would interfere with the drop. or it kept the spring from compressing so i thought i wouldnt need it. so i got everything bolted on and took it for a drive. BOUNCY AS HELL! its like my shocks are blown, but they can't be. i've been riding on the illuminas with tokico springs and they ride perfect. i put these sleeves on the illuminas, they ride like ****. is it just the spring? or did i do something wrong?

have you tried turning up the shock stiffness?? and btw, you DON'T want to roll without bumpstops. If you bottom out without them installed some serious damage could occur...

and yes, if you push on one corner of the car and let go and it keeps bouncing 3+ times more then they are bad. But try turning up the stiffness first before you come to any conclusions.

WOW it looks like that car had no shocks/struts at all!

But if your shocks are blown, the frequency of the bouncing will be higher with stiffer springs. That GTO probably has way softer springs that what most adjustable coilovers for Hondas use.

Don't run any less than 1" of bumpstop. They are there to protect the car and suspension. They go on the rod between the shock body and that red rubber isolator in your picture.

If your car bounces more than 1.5 times after the jounce test (shown in your video), your shocks are done. Are you sure they are on full stiff? This may be a warranty issue with Illumina dampers which should be covered for the lifetime of the vehicle. Contact Tokico right away and send them back so you can get replacments BEFORE you install the coilovers. I'm not sure but I think adjustable height sleeves may void warranty.

yes, cut them in half. But what the above poster said, never cut them so much that they are less than 1" short.

Go to paypal and print your transaction details. Otherwise try contacting the seller about getting a receipt or something...

I'm pretty sure EG/DC springs & sleeves will fit EK. It's definitely worth a try...
