Will I be ok to mount my wastegate on a pipe off my manifold thats only 3/4" inside diameter or does the pipe HAVE to be larger???

Exactly what wastegate should I get for boosting 12psi max??? Does it matter???

Well, a 35mm wastegate valve is = 1.37" , so .75" is about half the size of a 35mm valve. Too small!
