Default Source of Vacuum for Hydrogen Hydroxide Fuel Enhancement Device

Can anyone please tell me where on my engine I might be able to tap into a hose that has vacuum headed towards the "combustion chamber"? I'm creating Hydrogen Hydroxide (HHO) with a small device that needs to have the gases it generates "sucked into" there. I thought the air intake would suffice so I originally tapped into a point 1/2 way between the air filter and the engine but there appears to be no vacuum - even when I rev to high rpms (3000). Maybe there is suction being created when I'm doing 100 km/h (which is usually at about 2500 rpm)?

Thanks in advance,
1990 (might be a 91) Accord LX

So you're playing with hydrogen, but can't figure out where to get access a vacuum? This doesn't sound like a bright idea........anywhere on the intake manifold should suffice.
