hello im gettin a civic and he said the engine had 90000 miles and chasis 214000 so i dont know if hes bullshiting me or what. he said he put a new engine in. is the vin number on the engine supposed to match the vin number on the lower corener of the windwield cuz if it does match than he never swaped out.
