Guys with TEIN SS, are my bumpstops on correctly?

Guys with TEIN SS, are my bumpstops on correctly?
So I picked these up used for my 01 civic, and the rears have the bumpstops on 2 different ways.
I checked the Tein website and it says to slide on the bumpstop, then washer, spacer, washer.
Check my pic.. am I doin it right? Is the order ^^^^ correct?
