The manifold does fit any B series motor I believe. And yes it will make a difference because the ITR manifold stock manifold flows better than other stock manifolds.

If you get a C5 into your GS-R... why would you need my manifold? Wouldn't the C5 come with the same manifold? Just asking bro...
