From 1992-1995 the SOHC VTEC ECU is the:

These are highly useful because they can be reprogrammed to run a DOHC VTEC swap with a non-dual butterfly intake manifold such as the GS-R intake manifold.
I make more power with my re-chipped P28 ECU on my B18C5 than a stock JDM P73 ITR ECU did.
