I picked up a cluster that I was told was from a 90-91 civic. I thought it would work, but it seems like I might need to do some rewiring to get it to work. It physically fits, but nothing works...i.e. tach does not work, turn signals. I am thinking it is not wired the same.
I was hoping someone could confirm this, that yes, the cluster are not a direct plug and play...and also help me find the pin layout of a the 90-91 cluster. The pin layout for the 2 plugs that plug into the cluster. I was thinking maybe I could rewire the plugs to get it to work..
My temp gauge always reads hot, and the speedo is about 15mph to fast....this is the reason I am replacing it. I have a 88 civic LX...1.5L manual, dpfi...
Thx for the help..
