code 20 help????

i keep getting this code 20.has anyone gotten this and how did you fix the problem?

20= eletronic load detector

I have found either its a distributor problem or alternator most of the time.

makes sense.it runs real rich and idles rough,i use to get code 16 alot.plus the bat light stays like 1/4 lit.
