Default water cooler for air/water intercooler

Would a small mocal oil cooler make a good core for the water? I already have one cooling my oil so I know I have room for another one, and they mount very easily in my car.

I don't think an oil cooler would be able to do a great job of cooling water unless you can control the flow.... can you ?

can you mix it w/ coolant ?

It will have a little coolant to fight corrosion and to prevent freezing during the winter. I think it'll be a 10 gallon per minute pump.
