I am getting my car repainted and the shop said I should buy DBC 2000 as a base and Concept 2002 for the clear. I trust his word as far as the base but as far as the clear is that a good call? Is there anything that is around the same price that is just as good or better?

 

That's the base I normally use and never had problems with it. As for the clear, that's a good clear. It's a polyurethane and when cured it's very hard. It's a high dollar clear. If you wanna go a little cheaper go with DCU2021. It's a urethane clear and buffs out real nicely. You can also try DC3000. I haven't used it yet but I will soon.
