Default B16B with LS crank and...

so currently have a b16b in my DD hatch and thinkin bout rebuilding it. i already have a LS short block. researched and found that this crank and stock length robs in ctr block stroke to 1.9 liters. this is my daily so i think im gonna stay away from forged internals. so running LS crank Stock LS Rods with ARP bolts and what pistons?? ITR, CTR, LS.....what? also would like to have around the same C/R as we dont have any higher than 91octane here in CO

www.zealautowerks.com has a good compression ratio calculator. Use it to mix and match parts to get the CR you want.

If it were me, I'd use an Eagle Rod and something like an RS Machines cast piston. LS rods are just kinda wimpy, and I would prefer not to use them.

alright thanks also lookin into a bit more with LS crank you have to remove the oil squirters which would be bad running stock rods correct?

an ls crank in it would just make it 1.8. if you went to 84mm bore it would be a 2.0
