I am thinking about selling a 1997 2-door GSR
• 159,000 miles
• Dark green
• Almost completely stock with the exception of a Apexi World Sport exhaust
• Slight rust along the bottom of the driver door, other then that the body is in great shape
• 2 new front wheel bearings less then 3000 miles ago
• New clutch at 125000 miles
• Timing belt was replaced at 100,000
• Tires have less then 5000 miles

KBB has it at $3200, but that seems low. I purchased the car in 2002 and have not looked at prices sense, anyone have any suggestions on fair price?

I'd say 4k obo is a good price to start if the interior is in good condition, and there isn't major damage.
