Default painted the ep3 wheels

it looks great when done right! i will post pictures of the wheels when i get home from work. yeah i never knew flat black looks great on these wheels and i left the center caps stock silver with the black honda H in the middle

and the dash i painted. lol yeah i went a little crazy with the paint. dash is ok i kind of messed up on that one




and how i painted the wheels. i washed them. then sanded them down a whole lot. and use some high grit sand paper to smooth them down. and i sprayed two coats of flat black primer. and then i sprayed two coats of flat black paint. let that sit and dry for a while and then spray it this wheel clear coat that protects agaist chips chemicals and brake dust ect.... and walla i finshed

Wheels look good!
Need to lower it now because stock height makes it look like a monster truck, lol.

yes im so tempted to go buy lowering springs and call it a day but i might aswell save up the extra 800 dollars and get some coilovers

Yeah, I originally bought springs, but then I got tired of them and bought full coilovers. I like them alot more!!

Is the gap in the back really like that stock? Or did you get a lower series tire? That is like a half foot gap!

haha no its just a 60 series tire. yeah i hate the stock height of my ep3. im getting coilovers soon i hope. and as for how i painted them. i bought 2 cans of black primer duplicolor. 2 cans of flat black duplicolor. 2 cans of wheel clear coat from duplicolor. here a link its the one on the very left, first one. ooh and sand paper. 200 grit and 1500 grit somthing like that.

took me a whole day about 10 hours. i started at 2pm and finshed around 10pm. so start early or you will run out of time. lol

lol yes i know that. i dont want to go that low. just enough so where the body line is right above my tire, not tucked or well you know.

thanks bro. its the final clear coat finshed that makes it look like that but its not too glossy in person
