I have 4 rims I want to powdercoat. They'll need to be sand blasted as well since they have a couple different layers of paint.

LMK just looking for a quote at this time. Will decide what I want to do depending on how much this stuff goes for.

 

If it's a 1pc wheel it's $85/wheel @ Mag Masters.

Please more info! If it's that cheap I won't waste my time sanding, priming and painting them myself with the little time I have everynight.

$40 + sandblasting is cheap, it shouldn't cost more than 15-20 to blast each wheel sometimes two at a time if they have one big enough..

As for Mag, yes that price includes chemical and/or sand stripping although they tend to stay away from chemical stripping on alloy wheels because of how cheap the metal is on Work wheels (and others) and they become deformed and weak..

From my prior p/c experience you will be paying:

10-20 dollars for sandblasting (each wheel)

If its mesh/BMW primered wheel/or simply just a PITA and needs to be chemically stripped probably 20-30 dollars a wheel

The actual coating if its a simple color should not exceed 50 dollars a wheel (for most applications); and for specialty colors it can range from 60 all the way to 100 a wheel.

 

Just got off the phone with Pyramid Powdercoating $60 with sandblasting per rim.

 

my brother works for Master Powder Coating Inc. in Santa Fe Springs he can probly hook u up with a good price. just let me know what u need done, like do u want to do it one color or have a lip, how big are the rims blah blah ....

 

One color, 15x7. LMK, santa fe is a bit far though, Would like to get these done this week.
