im trying to get new lights and bumpers and i found some, but id like to double check to make sure i dont waste time and money, my question is will 88-89 crx corners,bumpers and taillights fit on a 91 crx? no after market stuff all stock including bumpers, didnt know which forum to post this in crx or body so i figured id post here.....thanks

 

the corner lights will only fit if you get the 90-91 headlight brackets, the taillight would bolt up just fine.. for the bumper i think you might need the 88-89 bumper reinforcement

 

the corners will fit if you get 88-89 headlights and you will also need to replace the clips that allow the 90-91 corners to slide into place on the fenders with 88-89 civic/crx push in screw retainers (not sure if thats what they are called). pretty much they are a push in square with a hole in the middle, this will allow you to screw in the corner lights (2 per light)

 

oh well sorta god news, learned that the "blacked out stuff on my lights is just on the outside and i began stripping it to pass inspection, tho after id say 3 hrs and 7 razors and about a pint of blood im about 1/2 way done and aside from deep scratches it looks really good, kinda making me change my mind about changing the paint color too lol but idc im going to be swapping them for jdm zc tails in the future this is just to pass inspection, do any of you know an easier way then sanding or using a razor and glass cleaner that info would be awsome thanks guys
