Coming out on top..
Interesting little story figured I would share with H-T. So my good friend Matt decided to spend his hard earned dollars on a '03 RSX Type S less than 2 months ago..

He was stuck with payments in a boring Jeep for the past few years. This was finally his chance to have something nice to tune, and with potential. He brought the car to me, to check it out, and install some brand new BC coilovers. The car looked pretty bo-bo sitting on TL wheels. I drove the car, and it was slow as ****. I didn't want to say anything, because this was his first tuner car he's owned in years. How do you tell your best friend that there's something seriously wrong with the car he just bought? A week went by, and I had to tell him. I was really concerned that the car didn't have a K20A2 in it. I told him to check the stamp on the block, and sure enough, it read K20A3..FAWKKKKK!

So he spoke to the dealer that sold him the car, and they were nice enough to work with him. They found him a mint, female owned, Nighthawk Black '05 Type S, and worked out the transaction. The coilovers were swapped over to the new car. Also, Matt recently aquired the Fujitsubo exhaust! So we installed the exhaust, adjusted the ride height, then detailed the car, and now for the pics..

Cliff notes: Never let your friend who's kind of a noob with Hondas, to buy a car without checking the block stamp! B/D series engine stamps are in the open for everyone to see. K series, not so much, lol.
