10 days later, i have yet to see it. Whats going on Rick? Hopefully it'll be on my door step when i get home from class today? Is there any possible way of tracking it?

Joe, I explained that this was sent via us postal service and that there is no tracking number. I did email a pic of the payment receipt. I have the recipt with insurance number also. I suspect it's taking a while since you're so far away. Please email or IM me tonight if it has not arrived and I will go to the post office to see how it can be tracked. I believe you have to place a claim in order for them to investigate. I apologize for the delay.

 

Thanks Rick for the quick response. I understand the lack of tracking when using usps. I also understand that it won't arrive very quickly with us being on oppisite coasts. Hopefully it will show up this week.

I have recived no e-mail from you with a copy of the reciept or any e-mail for that matter. Please e-mail me the copy of the reciept asap. This way i can call usps and find out what i need to do to get my turbo from them.

I sent out a package via usps and you can track your package. There is a tracking # on the reciept. Well at least i had one on mine.

Well, I don't have the e-mail witht he pics of the payment reciept on this computer. i will check when i get home. Thanks for the facts Joe. The package went out on 9/20. The number on the insured mail receipt is VD 415 715 821 US. When I go to the URL above, it tells me that tracking service was not purchased. I was told by the lady at the couter that I didn't have that option.

Once again, I'm really sorry for the delay but am confident it will arrive soon. I'm sure this is the distance factor coming into play, from DC to Arizona. Please be sure to post once you receive the package, to put everyone's mind at ease that you weren't taken advantage of. All members of this board hate to hear that someone has been scammed. It makes it worse if you feel like you can't trust other members.
