Default What setup to do 10's?

How much hp and what setup is required to do 10Seconds in a Hatch?
Anyone with experience care to share?
I know alot will say too many varibles ect.

But any insite to a fellow honda enthusiast ?

THIS is NOT a BENCH RACING question.
I would like to know what setup and hp is most common with 10second civic hatchbacks.

i did it with 520whp and 2500lbs in my hatch. first 10 sec pass. 10.96 129.xx
basic setup, progress coil overs, 24.5 m and h's.

A ten sec pass in a light hatch on a tire can be had in the 450-500hp range. There are a lot of driving fools have achieved it with less.

That hp can be had a whole lot of different ways in a hatch.

Motec exhaust, spoon turbo kit and nos enough to blow holes in the bows of battleships.

Whew....building Honda's sure is challenging these days.

1. Get cash
2. Read DIY online
3. Run 10's
4. Call anyone slower than you an idiot cause they don't run 10's.

No offense O.P. Things just got too easy and it kind of took the fun out of it. Call me a pissed off O.G. who misses the old days.
