which one Tial 35 or 40 mm wastegate
setup:
SFP or Maxrev manifold
Greddy PE exhaust
2.5" dowpipe
t3t4e .48a/r turbine 60 trim
built bottom end
PNP head
venom intake manifold
550cc injectors
hondata 2b w/datalogger
goal is 300 - 350 whp
should I get the Tial 35 mm wastegate or go for the 40mm?

Either one will be fine. But it seems as if the setup you are looking for the 35mm will be fine. Though Tial did come out with a new hybrid 35/40mm that uses a 35 flange but the 40 spring...BAD ***

The Tial 35mm will be more than sufficient for your setup. You may want to look into swppingthe .48 A/R turbine housing for a .63 A/R housing if you are planning on making 300-350 whp. The .48 A/R turbine housing can not support those HP levels!

I was afraid of the turbine being on the small side. I can't afford to change anything now, I'll just wait until after all is said and done..Then change later...damn

A turbine housing is only like $150.00, so you can upgrade it at anytime! See what you can do with the .48 A/R housing I am estimating that it will top out in the 275-285 HP range.

if you guys are lookijg for WG let me know i have the tial 35mm std units for 216 and 236 for the high pressure units.

Sorry kinda OT but.....can you upgradde the standard 35mm to the HP 35mm by swapping out the spring. Or is the actual wastegate door larger and just use the same flange?
