I was going west and a car ran a stop sign and i ran into it. This is the after of the collision. Police were involve and the other party are at fault. Here's some photo my air bag does not deploy so do you guys think that they are going to totaled my car to repair it and if they do repair it am i going to get a 98 front or a jdm for those of you that have this before. I have full coverage with geico.

Car doesn't appear totalled from the pics you posted. I'll tell you now though...DON'T LET THAT INSURANCE COMPANY D*CK YOU AROUND. That "at fault" drivers insurance may either work with you directly or through your insurance company. If your not comfortable with the offer they present you, reject it. You don't have to take what they offer.

Generally insurance companies will strive to pay as little as possible to get paperwork signed. Present the worth of your investment, show typical market value for parts, any receipts you have, etc. Make THEM price your replacement front end for the same equipment and lighting. Don't let them take you to the bank, cause they will.

I don't think it's totaled. I had an accident with very similar damage back in 2002 and they didn't total my '92 Civic Si. I can post pictures if you want to see.

Also, don't let the insurance company or body shop screw you, like others have said. They were kinda cheap on my fix, but it came out looking ok.

 

I've never seen side airbags gone off before. I hope you get your car fixed it sure was clean. Are you going to get them for pain and suffering as well?

That really sucks. I witnessed an accident very similar yesterday. An old lady ran a stop sign and got hit by a family in a lexus who had no stop sign. Her car went up a curb and hit a house.

I'm not sure if they will total it or not, but it does look like a costly repair. Hopefully they don't!

 

yes i am it's pending on selling the wheels. And for the insurance i don't know if my jdm front will cost as much as the oem us front end, because i do know that the whole front end if they were to replace it with usdm front it will be over 1 thousand but im not sure if they will replace my jdm hid front end, it will be good if they repair it with a jdm front end.

with geico insurance they go salvage it but im sure u can buy it back for a couple hundred bucks back and ure gona have to do that brakes and headlights thang....i had geico insurance too and they salvaged it cause my wheels were stolen so yeah..
